The Madison High School Jaguars' season hasn't gotten any easier since its week 3 loss of quarterback Jaquarrius "Deuce" Bolden to a season-ending knee injury.

Despite talent on both sides of the ball, the Jags have dropped four straight games, most recently in a 43-0 road loss to the Mangham Dragons Friday night.

Morson leads Trojans to win with 8 TDs; TA preps for Senior Night

Not one. Not two. Not even an absurd number like five touchdowns was enough for Tallulah Academy running back Brayson Morson in Friday's road win over the River Oaks Mustangs. Morson tallied an eye-popping 8 total scores in the game, as the Trojans blew past its last regular season road opponent in an 82-48 offensive landslide.

Madison Parish School Board tables vote on introducing tax for Tallulah High School renovation

During its regular meeting Monday, the Madison Parish School Board heard from a number of community members, as well as project personnel and other local leaders, before ultimately choosing to table the vote on whether or not it will introduce a new millage to be voted on by the public.
