Carol Jean Snider Yarbrough, 77, of Sarah, Miss., passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026.
She was a member of Crenshaw Baptist Church.
She enjoyed watching hummingbirds, sipping her coffee, and spending time fishing. Carol liked browsing yard sales and auctions, always on the lookout to add to her cherished angel and rooster collections. She loved listening to gospel and blue grass music.
Carol was a seamstress for most of her adult life. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

L.C. Johnson, 76, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away February 17, 2026 at Great Oaks Rehabilitation Center in Byhalia, Miss.
He is survived by his wife, Paullean Johnson. Services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Central Avenue Church of Christ in Coldwater.
Burial follows in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery.

Anthony Paul Garrity, Jr., 86, of Coldwater, Miss, formally of Baltimore, Md., died Monday, January 27, 2026 in Sardis, Miss.
The family held a private Memorial Service.
He was an Accountant and US Veteran, Paratrooper.
He is survived by his daughter, Debra Lynn Hauser of Horn Lake, Miss.: and two sons: Michael Paul Garrity of Hernando, Miss., and Stephen Lester Garrity of Horn Lake. He also leaves six grandchildren and five great -grandchildren.

She loved bowling, wordsearch puzzles, scrabble and playing solitaire. Ella also enjoyed working in her garden.
She was a member of Independence Church of Christ.
Ella was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Darnell; parents, Bernard and Lorraine Burford; sisters, Anna McCorkle, Elese Tidwell, and Ramona Smart, and brothers, James Burford, Leon Burford, and Joe Burford.

Rebecca Dianne Scott of Independence transitioned from this life to heaven on January 25, 2026.
Visitation and funeral services will be Thursday, February 5, at Lifepoint Church in Senatobia, Miss. Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m.
Dianne was one of three children born to James Lewis and Jewell Ford Campbell of Memphis. Her parents and her two brothers, David and Bobby, whom she dearly loved, have welcomed her to heaven.
