Call to Order
Roll Call, Mayor Preston Walker X, Councilwoman Margaret Leoty X, Councilman Walter Cobb X, Curt Collins Absent, Clerk Gen Ellis X.
Establish a quorum, Open with a silent prayer, Pledge of Allegiance.
Public Discussion on Agenda: None
Motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting August 2025 was made by Councilman Walter Cobb, seconded by Margaret Leoty. Motion Carried.
Motion to approve the Financial Statements as paid for the month of August 2025, was made Councilwoman Margaret Leoty, seconded by Councilman Walter Cobb. Motion Carried.
There being no further business a motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Councilman Walter Cobb, seconded by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty. Motion Carried.
The Next Regularly scheduled meeting of the Mayor and Board of the Village of Richmond will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 5:30
P.M. at 598 Wood Street, Richmond, LA 71282.
