Call to Order: Mayor Preston Walker
Establish a quorum, open with silent prayer, pledge of allegiance.
Roll Call: Mayor Preston Walker X, Councilwoman Margaret Leoty X, Councilman: Walter Cobb X, Curt Collins X. Clerk Gen Ellis X.
Public Discussion:
New Business:
1) Discuss and Adopt Ordinance 107A. Copies of
Ordinance 107A in councilmen’s folders.
Motion to Adopt the Amended Ordinance #107A with the Title: An ORDINANCE TO AMEND COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE VILLAGE OF RICHMOND, LOUISIANA, TO PROHIBIT MANUFACTURED OR MOBILE HOME USAGE IN LOW
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL(R-1) ZONES BY AMENDING
ARTICLE iii.3, AND ARTICLE V1.1, 1.1 (1) TO BE AFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. was made by Councilman Walter Cobb, seconded by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty.
Motion Carried.
Motion to Adjourn was made by Curt Collins,
seconded by Walter Cobb. Motion Carried.
