Call to Order: Mayor Preston Walker. Establish a quorum. Open with a silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call: Mayor Preston Walker X, Councilwoman Margaret Leoty X, Councilman Walter Cobb Absent, Councilman Curt Collins X. Clerk Gen Ellis X. Christy Hodge X.
Open discussion on agenda: None
Motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting, February 17, 2026, was made by Councilman Curt Collins, seconded by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty. Motion Carried.
Motion to approve the Financial Statements as paid for the month of February 2026, was made by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty, seconded by Councilman Curt Collins. Motion Carried.
New Business:
1) Resolution #1 – Bill Eaker Community Center. Motion to adopt Resolution #1, To honor and recognize Past Mayor Bill Eaker was made by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty seconded by Councilman Curt Collins. Motion Carried.
Meeting adjourned by motion made by Councilwoman Margaret Leoty, seconded by Councilman Curt Collins. Motion Carried.
