BOARD MEETING
September 16, 2025
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DELTA HELD its Regular meeting at Delta City Hall on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Present were Mayor Ruthann Vercher, Council Members Kathy Davis, Stephanie Edleston and Clerk Susan Peterson. Council Member Brian Panquin was Absent.
Council Member Davis, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve the minutes from the last meeting held on August 19, 2025. Yeas 2 Nays 0 Motion carried.
Village of Delta Clerk, Susan Peterson gave an update on the financial reports for Delta.
Council Member Edleston, made a motion seconded by Council Member Davis, to approve the certification of radars in the Police Vehicles. Yeas 2 Nays 0 Motion carried.
New Business:
Council Member Davis, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve the General Fund Millage for the tax year 2025 at 7.390 Mills. Yeas 2 Nays 0. Motion carried.
Council Member Davis, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve the Street Fund Millage for the tax year 2025 at 6.610 Mills. Yeas 2 Nays 0. Motion carried.
Village of Delta Council Members approved for the runners and walkers to enter the Village of Delta during the 37th Annual Over the River Run.
Council Member Davis, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to adjourn meeting at 5:36 p.m.
