BOARD MEETING
August 19, 2025
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DELTA HELD its Regular meeting at Delta City Hall on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Present were Mayor Ruthann Vercher, Council Members Kathy Davis, Stephanie Edleston, Brian Panquin, and Clerk Susan Peterson.
Council Member Davis, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to dispense with the minutes from the last meeting. Yeas 3 Nays 0 Motion carried.
Council Members agreed on Ken Halford Firm taking over as the CPA for the Village of Delta.
Council Member Panquin, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to amend the Beautification Law Ordinance # 1999-3B. Yeas 3 Nays 0 Motion carried.
