Listening to the different speakers during the City of Tallulah’s Martin Luther King Day celebration at Greater Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday made me think about the impact King had on all of us.
King fought for unity and African Americans to have equal rights.

Hallman gets football offer

Logan Hallman moved from Texas just before his senior year of high school to work for his uncle’s diesel shop in Vicksburg, Miss., and that led him to playing football for Tallulah Academy and receiving an offer to continue his career in college.
