Mitchell: New CEO expected to be selected in next 60 days

A new CEO for the Madison Parish Hospital is expected to be selected within the next 60 days.
Madison Parish Hospital Board President Thomas Mitchell made that declaration following a special meeting on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023.
The board discussed the matter during executive session of the meeting.

Hospital upgrades nearly completed

The project to upgrade the Madison Parish Hospital facilities is nearly completed.
Interim CEO Dr. Donald Perry provided the board an update during a special meeting on Dec. 28, 2023, and said there was not much more work left on the project.
