On Wed., July 6, I was on my way to work at the Madison Journal newspaper (to pick up the latest issue) as well as the Madison Volunteer Council on Aging. At the intersection of highways 65 and 80 (near Cross Keys Bank, the Madison Parish Courthouse and the jail), I stopped for traffic. When all of a sudden, I heard some cat noises nearby.
