On Tues., Aug. 2, my mother, Vivian Thomas-Kline, celebrated a remarkable birthday (sorry, Madison Journal readers! My mother advised me not to tell a woman’s age!) With several weeks getting ideas and planning, the Lord had everything under control. I thought to myself that milestones such as this one only come once in a lifetime.
