Trojans to host Generals in semifinals after victory over Saints

The Tallulah Academy Trojans will face another rematch of a regular-season opponent in the semifinals of the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools (MAIS) playoffs Friday in Tallulah after knocking off Prentiss Christian last week in a decisive 44-16, round-2 victory.

Jags forced to forfeit game following fight; playoff future uncertain

The Madison High School Jaguars are waiting to find out if they will have a spot in the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) playoffs after a fight during its game last week with Vidalia High School resulted in a forced forfeit of Friday's conference game with General Trass by LHSAA officials.
