Trojans fight until end in loss to Confederates

The Tallulah Academy Trojans never gave up in its first home loss of the year Friday night versus the undefeated Sharkey Issaquena Academy Confederates.

The Trojans fell behind early in Friday's contest, trailing 22-6 at the end of the first quarter and 38-6 by halftime.

Jaguars look to bounce back against Commodores in Saturday game

The Madison High School Jaguars suffered its first loss of the season Friday on homecoming and are facing an undefeated Abramson Commodores team on the road in New Orleans for a Saturday match up.

The Commodores are 3-0 on the season and coming off a 21-8 win over Jefferson RISE Charter in mid-September.
