President Sharon Jackson announced on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 5:45 p.m. at the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana, that there was no quorum of board members present to conduct business therefore the Regular board meeting was cancelled.
