Anfernee Juwan Middlebrook is the ninth Sixth Judicial District Drug Court graduate and went through the system as quickly as anyone who entered the program.
Drug Court, created by the Louisiana legislature, is voluntary and consists of the Madison, East Carroll and Tensas parishes.
