The Madison Parish Chamber of Commerce held a meeting at the Richmond Community Center as the organization resumed operations.
Officers were selected during the meeting. Timothy Holdiness was elected president, Joy Jackson was elected vice president, and Lisa Federicks was elected secretary and treasurer.
The meeting included discussion on chamber operations, leadership structure and membership dues. Several individuals and businesses signed up for membership.
The chamber set a monthly meeting schedule for the third Wednesday of each month at noon.
Membership dues were established based on business size. Individual memberships are $25. Business memberships range from $75 for businesses with one to 10 employees to $500 for corporate members.
