By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 22 day of MARCH 2023, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
Beginning at a point on the East side of Mulberry Street where said Street intersects the South side of Darrow Street, thence Southerly along the East side of said Mulberry Street a distance of Eighty-six (86) feet; thence back between parallel lines, one of which is the South side of Darrow Street, a distance of one hundred thirty (130) feet. Said property located in Lots One (1) and Two (2) of the Northern Addition of the Village of Tallulah, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
