BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Mayor and Administration of the Village of Richmond, State of Louisiana, are hereby empowered and authorized to honor and recognize the extraordinary achievement of Past Mayor Bill Eaker with a sign dedicated and designated to be named “BILL EAKER COMMUNITY CENTER”.
The following resolution was read in full, the roll was called on the adoption thereof, and the resolution was adopted by the following vote:
