SPECIAL MEETING
February 16, 2026
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DELTA HELD a Special meeting at Delta City Hall on Monday, February 16, 2026. Present were Mayor Pro-Tem, Kathy Davis, Council Members, Brian Panquin, Stephanie Edleston, and Clerk Susan Peterson.
Council Member Panquin, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to Appoint Mayor Pro-Tem Kathy Davis as Mayor, to fill the vacancy created by Ruthann Vercher for the Village of Delta.

Motion carried.
Council Member Panquin, made a motion seconded by Council Member Edleston, to approve Resolution 2026-0216 calling for a Special Election, to fill unexpired term which was created by Ruthann Vercher. Election dates are November 3, 2026 & December 12, 2026.
