VILLAGE OF DELTA
BOARD MEETING
December 16, 2025
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DELTA HELD its Regular meeting at Delta City Hall on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Present were Mayor Pro-Tem Kathy Davis, Council Members Stephanie Edleston, Brian Panquin and Clerk Susan Peterson.
Council Member Edleston, made a motion seconded by Council Member Panquin, to Dispense with the reading of the minutes from the last meeting held on November 18, 2025. Yeas 2 Nays 0 Motion carried.
Council Members reviewed the Expense Reports and Budget for November 2025.
Council Member Edleston, made a motion seconded by Council Member Panquin, to approve the bills paid in November 2025. Yeas 2 Nays 0 Motion carried.
Mayor Pro-Tem Davis updated the Council Members on the situation and the final cost of the critical equipment failure and the replacement of the essential sewer pumps for Delta’s Sewer System.
Mayor Pro-Tem Davis updated the Council Members on having to call Entergy to come and reset the voltage going to the sewer pumps.
Mayor Pro-Tem Davis gave an update on trying to find a CPA to do Audit for the Village of Delta.
New Business:
Council Member Edleston, made a motion seconded by Council Member Panquin, to approve the Holiday Schedule for 2026 for Village of Delta Employees. Yeas 2 Nays 0. Motion carried.
