The 2-0 Tallulah Academy Trojans will face its second straight road test tonight when the Trojans meet the Riverdale Academy Rebels in Coushatta.
Both TA and RA come into tonight's non-conference matchup at 2-0, but the Trojans will be looking to get revenge after falling in a close 38-34 decision to the Rebels in 2021.
The Trojans come into tonight's game after dismantling its first two opponents. TA rolled over Briarfield Academy in week one to the tune of a 44-12 victory and put up a 30-point, 52-22 win over Franklin Academy on the road in week 2.
While TA's defense has been stout through two games, it's the explosive offense that has shown an ability to get the job done in multiple ways. The Trojans' rushing attack dominated its season opener and, in week 2, quarterback Dee Morgan through five touchdowns in an air-raid style victory.
The Rebels have also been dominant through two games, knocking off Prairie View Academy on the road in week 1 and defeating Union Christian Academy 50-6 in week 2.
Tonight's game is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m.
