After years of planning, construction and navigation of obstacles, including the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain shortages, officials with Madison Parish Hospital officially opened the doors to the new hospital, rural health clinic and emergency room during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held Thursday morning in Tallulah.
