City of Tallulah Interim Mayor Yvonne Lewis is reminding Tallulah Water Customer Service customers that if they have delinquent sewer bills, they may soon face water service interruptions.
"We gave all customers who have several month delinquent sewer bills until July 15, 2025, to bring their accounts current," Lewis said. "We are urging anyone who does not know the status of their sewer bill
to contact the Tallulah Water Service office at 318-574-3162 to check their sewer bill status. Customers should know that even if they are current on their water bill with Magnolia, they could still face water service interruption due to unpaid sewer bills."
Lewis said that water cutoffs have begun for many delinquent sewer customers and she wanted to try and get the word to those individuals who need to come in to pay. "I am encouraging everyone, if you think your bill is delinquent, or if you know you haven't paid your sewer bill in a few months, to please call 318-574-3162 to check your status and avoid water service interruption."
