The Tallulah Academy varsity boys and girls basketball teams continued district and non-district play through late January, with each program completing multiple games on the schedule.
The Tallulah Academy boys opened the season on Dec. 2 with a 75-23 loss at Discovery Christian. The Trojans returned home on Dec. 8 and lost 83-28 to Prairie View Academy. On Dec. 11, Tallulah Academy fell 61-19 at Mt. Salus Christian in district play.
District competition continued on Dec. 18 with a 68-13 loss at Briarfield Academy. Tallulah Academy dropped a 63-17 decision at Tensas Academy on Jan. 6. The Trojans returned home on Jan. 16 and lost 69-32 to Mt. Salus Christian. Tallulah Academy then lost 65-18 at Briarfield Academy on Jan. 20 and 76-27 to Tensas Academy on Jan. 22. The boys are scheduled to play at Prairie View Academy on Jan. 23, with tipoff set for 7 p.m.
The Tallulah Academy girls basketball team also completed several games during the season. The Lady Trojans opened play on Oct. 23 with a 45-17 loss to Prairie View Academy. Tallulah Academy again faced Prairie View Academy on Dec. 8 and lost 58-17. District play began on Dec. 18 with a 63-10 loss at Briarfield Academy. The Lady Trojans returned home on Jan. 20 and lost 51-5 to Briarfield Academy.
The Tallulah Academy girls are scheduled to play at Prairie View Academy on Jan. 23, with tipoff set for 7 p.m.
Tallulah Academy plays their first baseball game on Feb. 10, 2026.
