By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of SEPTEMBER 2025, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
A lot in the Southwest corner of Lot No. 205 of Johnson's Eastern Addition to the Village of Tallulah, Louisiana, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 205 of Johnson's Eastern Addition to the Village of Tallulah, running thence northerly along of the easterly line of Ella Street a distance of 100 feet; thence easterly parallel with the southerly line of said Lot 205, a distance of 125 feet; thence southerly, parallel with the easterly line of Ella Street, a distance of 100 feet; thence westerly, along the southerly line of Lot 205, a distance of 125 feet to the point of beginning, making a lot measuring 100 feet by 125 feet, fronting 100 feet on Ella Street, together with all buildings and improvements thereon. AND A tract of land located in Lot 205 of Johnson's Eastern Addition to the Town of Tallulah, Louisiana. Said tract is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point locating the Southeast corner of Lot 204 and thence along the South line of Lots 204 and 205, S. 59 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds W, 168 1/2 feet to the point of beginning: thence continues 59 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds W, 6 1/2 feet to a point; thence N. 23 degrees, 10 minutes 30 seconds W, 85.30 feet to a point; thence N. 63 degrees 26 minutes 25 seconds E, 6 1/2 feet to a point; thence in a Southeasterly direction and projection thereof approximately 85 feet to the point of beginning. AND Starting at an iron pipe at the SW corner of Lot 203 of Johnson's Eastern Addition to the Village of Tallulah, thence run S. 55 degrees 30 minutes W. 10 feet to an iron pipe which is point of beginning: thence run S. 26 degrees 5 minutes E. 70.6 feet to an iron pipe in the center line of a slough; thence S. 87 degrees 53 minutes W.344.1 feet along center line of said slough to an iron pipe at the SW corner of lot 205; thence run N. 55 degrees 30 minutes E. 357.0 feet along the southern boundary line lots 205 and 204 to the point of beginning, as described in that deed recorded in COB "38", page 840, records of Madison Parish, Louisiana incorporated herein by reference.
