By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 1ST day of APRIL 2026, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
Lot 53, Georgia Second Addition to the Village of Tallulah, a plat of said subdivision recorded in Conveyance Book "RR” at page 50, records of Madison Parish, Louisiana
