By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 25TH day of FEBRUARY 2026, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
All of Lot One (1) of Block Fifteen (15) of Johnson's Second Eastern Addition to the Village of Tallulah, Louisiana.
LESS AND EXCEPT: The Westerly sixty (603) feet of said lot heretofore conveyed to T. H. Jones by deed of record in Conveyance Book “AA” at page 98 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Madison Parish, Louisiana.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
