By virtue of a Writ of WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 28th day of JANUARY 2026, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
The Southerly half of Lots One (1), Three (3) and Five (5) of Block Thirty-Five of Johnson's Second Eastern Addition to the City of Tallulah, a plat of which Addition is of record in Conveyance Book “U” at page 589, said property fronting seventy-five (75) feet on Madison Street and running back between parallel lines a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in any manner appertaining.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement.
