By virtue of a Writ of WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of January 2026, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
IMMOVEABLE
1.0 acre, more or less, tract or parcel of land situated in Section 58, Township 18 North, Range 13 East, Madison Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the South Quarter (S1/4) corner of Section 58, Township 18 North, Range 13 East, Madison Parish, Louisiana, monumented with a 3"Steel Shaft; thence, proceed N 00 degrees 22' 00" E, a distance of 2,671.21 feet to a point; thence, proceed S 89 degrees 42' 49" W a distance of 91.39 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence proceed S 00 degrees 22' 00" W, a distance of 45.30 feet to a 5/8” iron rod in the center of a Parish Asphalt Road known as Omega Road; thence, proceed S 89 degrees 19' 00" W, along the center of said Omega Road, a distance of 100 feet to a 5/8" iron rod and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed S 00 degrees 22' 00” W a distance of 290.40 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence proceed S 89 degrees 19' 00” W a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8” rod; thence proceed N 00 degrees 22' 00” E, a distance of 290.40 feet to a 5/8" iron rod in the center of said Omega Road; thence, proceed N 89 degrees 19' 00" E, along the center of said Omega Road, a distance of 150.00 feet to the beginning, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, means and appurtenances thereto appertaining.
