INGRAM, REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR, RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 31, AT PAGE 434, REGISTER NO. 44030, RECORDS OF MADISON PARISH, LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
