By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed, from the Honorable Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Madison, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at the principal front door of the Courthouse in the City of Tallulah, in Madison Parish, Louisiana, on WEDNESDAY, the 9th day of JULY 2025, between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property seized in the above suit:
THE SOUTH QUARTER OF LOT 4S, FRONTING 37 1/2 FEET ON CEDAR STREET AND RUNNING BACK BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET OF THE VILLAGE OF TALLULAH, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT OF SAID VILLAGE ON FILE IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE IN MADISON PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, OR THEREUNTO BELONGING. ALSO, THE RIGHT OF PASSAGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) FEET WIDE ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF LOT FORTY-FIVE (4S) TO THE VILLAGE OF TALLULAH, OWNED BY POST INN, INC., THE RIGHT OF PASSAGE BEING FIFTY (50) FEET DEEP AND EIGHTEEN (18) FEET WIDE. TERMS OF SALE: For cash to the highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement.
