To the Citizens of Delhi, LA, and the Landowners of Eastern Richland Parish and Western Madison Parish, LA
Denbury Onshore, LLC will be conducting seismic activity in and around the Town of Delhi, LA. The survey will start west along Sapa Dr, running northeast along Highway 80 and I-20E to Waverly, LA.
Seismic activity consists of deploying seismic receivers along roads and across-country, introducing energy into the ground via vibroseis, and infilling with traditional source points. The data will be collected and used by Denbury geo-scientists to manage the Delhi Field Unit more effectively.
The survey is anticipated to begin in late December 2025 and, subject to weather, could last until February 2026.
To provide the public with additional information regarding the seismic survey, Denbury Onshore, LLC, and LDWF will hold a public meeting at 6:00 pm on December 10, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Delhi Civic Center, located at 231 Denver St, Delhi, LA 71232.
