Sara Louise Street, 49, passed away on July 15, 2025, in Topeka, Kansas. She was born on November 17, 1975.
Sara was a mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She is survived by her sons, Tyler May of Monticello, LA, and Johnny “Trey” Nicholas III of Sondheimer, LA; her granddaughter, Waverly May of Monticello, LA; her parents, Jerry and Betty Street of Sondheimer, LA; her sister, Kimberly Jeansonne of Alexandria, LA; her niece, Lauren Street of Alexandria, LA; and her nephew, Dalton Street of Little Rock, AR. along with extended family members.
She was a devoted member of Heartland Worship Center in Topeka, where her faith and community brought her comfort and strength.
In her final act of kindness, she became an organ donor hero—giving others the chance to live and carry on, a lasting legacy of hope and compassion.
Sara will be remembered in the hearts of those who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at Melbourne Baptist Church Transylvania, LA Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
