President Samuel Dixon announced on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 5:45 p.m. the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana, that there was no quorum of board members present in order to conduct business therefore the special board meeting was cancelled.
