Oscar Hamilton called the Special board meeting of the Madison Parish School Board to order on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana by asking for a moment of silent prayer. The audience recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
