NOTICE is hereby given that Utilities, Inc. of Louisiana (“UIL”) has filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) an Application for Consolidation of Rate Base, Phased Uniform Rate Structure, Adjustment in Retail Rates, Depreciation Study Implementation, Modification and Extension of Formula Rate Plan, Approval of Terms and Conditions, Approval of Industrial Biochemical Oxygen Demand Class, Updated System Development Charges, and Interim Rate Relief (the “Application”). In the Application, UIL makes proposals that could result in changes in rates applicable to the following parishes: Ascension, Assumption, Bienville, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge, Evangeline, Jackson, Livingston, Madison, Morehouse, Richland, St. Landry, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Vermillion, Washington, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana, and Winn.
