A PUBLIC HEARING
All interested persons are hereby advised that the Madison Parish Police Jury/ The Madison Voluntary Council On Aging has applied to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for project funding under Federal Transit Administration Section 5311 Rural Transportation Program/Section 5339 Bus and Bus Facility Program for the following:
PROJECT:The Madison Voluntary Council On Aging, Inc. is preparing to add additional cquipment, and capital improvements to expand rural transportation services to the general public in Madison Parish. Interested persons are advised that they may request that a public heating be conducted to provide a means for the public to express their views relative to the proposed project on the probably social, cconomic and environmental cffects involved. In liew of requesting a public hearing, interested persons may submit their comments in writing.
Written requests for a public hearing and/or submittal of comments must be postmarked on or before November 20, 2025 and should be addressed to:
