Funeral services for Amanda Morgan Ross, 75, of Calhoun, La., will be held at 2 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 13, at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, with Pastor Don Thornton officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will follow the funeral service at Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton, La.

Amanda was born Sept. 1, 1947, in Panama City, Panama, and passed away Mon., Oct. 10, in Calhoun. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Trobia Morgan; infant son, Scotty Williams; and sister, Elaine Ryals.
A lifelong Christian, Amanda’s devotion and passion for her faith impacted many lives in her 75 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
Amanda is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Rex Ross; sons, Robby Williams and wife Betsy, and Spencer Williams and wife Heather; grandchildren, Blaine, Dylan, Morgan, Paxton, Brayden, Paul, and Colton; great grandchildren, Trent, Tyler, Sebastian, and Elijah; siblings, Betty, Sonny, George, and Jimmy; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Lance Morgan, A.J. Shows, Jason Ryals, Todd Ryals, Dylan Williams, and Blaine Merriett.
