Notice is hereby given that the Executor of the Estate of Phillip and Annie Bunch, deceased is transferring authority to a Successor Trustee. All heirs and any party with a vested interest in the succession of the above named decedents are hereby notified to respond in writing no later than October 1, 2025 either:
-Consent to succession, or
-Disclaiming their right to success succession
Please be advised, upon expiration of term, and receipt of the Affidavit of Publication, and not withstanding a lack of written communication from any heir or interested party will be deemed irreversible disclaiming any and all rights to inheritance under Louisiana law.
