Jabarre Hill, a Junior at Madison High School, recently scored a 30 on his ACT Test. Hill, who plans to attend Louisiana Tech University to major in Engineering, is the school's 2024 “Mr. Madison,” is a member of the Principal Advisory Council at his school and carries a 3.0 GPA. Hill is also a dual enrollment student and has completed 18 college credit hours.
