Pinkney named Father of the Year

Receivership a good choice

As you can see in today’s Madison Journal, the City of Tallulah’s water service is now in a joint receivership with the State of Louisiana.
I believe that the city council made the correct decision at last Thursday’s meeting to go into the receivership.
