NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rounds of thunderstorms are anticipated tomorrow from
southeastern Oklahoma and northeastern Texas into the
Mississippi and Ohio River valleys. These may bring flash
flooding, hail, damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes.
A corridor of showers and a thunderstorm may stretch from
Washington, D.C., to the southern New York state border and
New York City. Periodic rain is expected in New England.
Showers may dot the southern Plains, while widespread
on-and-off showers are likely across much of the
Intermountain West. The Intermountain West will be cold with
temperatures 5-15 degrees Fahrenheit below averages,
including Southern California. In contrast, temperatures
along the Gulf Coast into the Northeast may be 5-15 above.
