_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will bring snow to southern Wyoming, Utah, Colorado,
Arizona and New Mexico tomorrow that can lead to slippery
and slow travel, except for low-elevation areas where
precipitation will fall as mainly rain. An area of wet snow
and rain will also stretch eastward from Nebraska to Ohio
throughout the day. Breezy conditions will be in store for
the Southwest and Plains. The Northeast will be cooler,
windy and mainly dry; however, a band of lake-effect snow
showers will spread into New York, and there can be spotty
snow showers across northern New England as well. While it
will be cold across much of the West and northern Plains,
temperatures will rise across the South, Mississippi Valley
