NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain will spread across Wisconsin and Michigan tomorrow as a
developing storm tracks eastward over the Great Lakes.
Farther south, there can be a shower or two from Missouri to
Ohio. While precipitation will mainly stay in the form of
rain, snow can mix in at times over the Upper Peninsula of
Michigan. Elsewhere across the nation, high pressure will
continue to promote dry conditions with plenty of sunshine
for the West, as well as the Southeast and along the East
coast. Gusty winds from the north will usher cooler
conditions across the Plains; however, temperatures will
still remain well above historical average for late
February. In the Southwest, near-record warmth will
continue, with temperatures 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit above
average.
