The Nation's Weather for Sunday, November 5, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm moving along the Canadian border tomorrow will lead
to some icy spots to start the day across parts of North
Dakota into Minnesota before changing over to all rain. A
cold front moving through northern New England will cause a
few showers in portions of northern New York eastward to
Maine with a few places mixing with snow. In the Northwest,
a storm and its associated cold front will push onshore with
more rain developing, especially in the afternoon. Some of
the moisture will continue eastward with a few showers and
even a little snow over the northern Rockies. Most of the
southern half of the country will remain dry with plenty of
sunshine as high pressure dominates the region. Temperatures
will also be well above historical average in many
locations.
