Lewis explains billing process at Council on Aging

Tallulah spokesperson Yvonne Lewis explained the new billing process for the city's water system to members of the Madison Voluntary Council on Aging Monday.
Gov. Jeff Landry declared Magnolia Water Utility Company the temporary operator after the withdrawal of Bonton Associates Inc. as the receiver for the water system was granted.
