The Madison Parish School District is accepting bids for surplus property that includes technology equipment, office furniture, construction materials and vehicles.
The available items include 50 monitors and CPUs, 12 smart tables, 10 smart boards, three smart tech dry erase boards on easels, 12 additional dry erase boards and 16 computer carts. Other items include shelving units, tables, filing cabinets, audiovisual carts, printers, copiers, cafeteria tables and heating and cooling units. Construction materials such as reinforcing steel bars, culverts and sewer fittings are also listed, along with miscellaneous scrap metal and parts. Vehicles and equipment available include a 1996 Ford F-250 truck, a John Deere Gator 6x4, riding lawn mowers and a Ford van.
Bids must be submitted on the district’s official bid form. Forms are to be brought to the Madison Parish School District central office, where they will be date-stamped at the front desk and sealed in an envelope.

Bids will be opened Monday, Sept. 15, 2025, in the presence of multiple people. All items are being sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee, and sales are final.
