Chairperson Mrs. Sharon Bridgewater called the Finance/Insurance Committee meeting of the Madison Parish School Board to order at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Madison Parish Training Center (Board Meeting Room), 600 Bayou Drive, Tallulah, Louisiana by asking for a moment of silent prayer. The audience recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

On motion of Rev.Fountain and seconded by Ms. Smith to adopt the agenda with item (b) Discussion of 1997 crossing guard contract. The board moved the item to next finance meeting. Motion carried.
The committee discussed item (c) Presentation from CPA's. Motion Carried.
The committee discussed item (d) Discussion of Reduction in Force Procedures if needed.
On motion of Rev.Fountain and seconded by Ms.Smith, the finance committee meeting was adjourned.
