Tailgating Cancellation
Madison High School announced that tailgating has been canceled for 2025. Principal Dr. Perry J. Revels said the decision was made after consultation with the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office and Tallulah Police Department, citing staffing shortages that would make it difficult to monitor events while maintaining regular duties. Revels said the school hopes to reinstate the tradition in the future and thanked the community for its understanding.
