The Delhi Charter School Gators haven't lost a football game in a month and now sit at No. 2 in the LHSAA 1A, District 4 standings at 3-0 in conference play.
The Gators, 4-4 on the season, dismantled the Block Bears Friday night in a 74-32 homecoming win and look to extend its winning streak to 5 games in Friday's home match up with District 4's No. 1 team, the Delta Charter Storm.
The Storm come into Friday's game at 6-1 on the year and 3-0 in conference play. The Storm defeated the Delhi Bears 34-0 last week and are also riding a 4-game winning streak after its only blemish of the year in week 3 versus Glenbrook.
Friday's battle of the top teams in District 4 is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. in Delhi.
